Terms of service

We set up and manage online stores on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Facebook Shops. The exact work, price and timeline for each client are set out in their service agreement.

Results vary. Selling online involves risk, and we do not guarantee income or profit. Past results of any store do not predict future results. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

• Setup fees are shown on our website and confirmed in writing before you pay.
• Marketplace fees, product inventory, advertising spend and third-party tools are paid by you and are separate from our fees.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

• Your store and seller accounts are in your name and belong to you.
• You give us accurate information and the account access we need to do the work.
• You follow each marketplace's rules, and so do we when we act for you.

Marketplaces can change their rules, fees or policies, or limit or suspend any seller account. These decisions are outside our control, and we are not responsible for them, though we will help you respond.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Either side may end the service as described in the service agreement. When it ends, we hand back full control of your accounts and give you your records.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Cass County, Missouri.
